The Three Awakenings · Interior grammar

Formation begins with honest attention.

Body, mind, and spirit are not ranks. They are distinguishable fields of one human life becoming receptive, free, and available to Love.

I · Body

Awaken

Become conscious of the body.

  • Breath
  • Sensation
  • Posture
  • Movement
  • Tension
  • Fatigue
  • Appetite
  • Desire

What is happening within me?

  1. Impulse
  2. Attention
  3. Awareness
Awareness precedes transformation. The body is the first field of honest attention—not an adversary to shame or escape.
II · Mind

Discern

Become conscious of choice.

  • Attention
  • Intention
  • Patience
  • Restraint
  • Concentration
  • Reflection
  • Judgment
  • Response

What will I do with what is happening within me?

  1. Stimulus
  2. Breath
  3. Awareness
  4. Discernment
  5. Choice
Discipline exists for freedom, not domination.Discipline creates room for a free response; thought-control and bodily suppression are not the objective.
III · Spirit

Surrender

Become conscious of communion with God.

  • Prayer
  • Silence
  • Receptivity
  • Humility
  • Trust
  • Gratitude
  • Love

What is God inviting me to become and do?

Let Thy will, not mine, be done in me and through me.Current LUX prayer formulation
  1. Choice
  2. Surrender
  3. Communion
Practice prepares receptivity; practice does not manufacture revelation.Surrender is practiced through prayerful consent, never through coercion or the surrender of conscience.

Christ at the CenterVirtue in the PersonLove as the Measure

Christic embodiment · Doctrine

What is received inwardly must become visible outwardly.

Virtue is not another attainment. It governs choice, matures through formation, and becomes visible as fruit.

  • Love
  • Patience
  • Forgiveness
  • Humility
  • Gentleness
  • Courage
  • Compassion
  • Truthfulness
  • Self-governance
  • Generosity

Who am I becoming?

Service · Outward verification

The Light received becomes Light given.

Service does not prove holiness. It asks whether formation has increased our capacity to love, reconcile, steward, teach, protect, encourage, create, and serve within an honest scope.

What becomes more loving because I was here?
Service is the outward verification of formation.

Return · Communion · Renewal

Every fruit becomes seed again.

Service reveals what still requires formation. Return is not retreat from the world; it is renewed receptivity, correction, and communion.

ServeReturnListen again
  1. Return to silence.
  2. Return to prayer.
  3. Return to the body.
  4. Return to Scripture and wisdom.
  5. Return to counsel.
  6. Return to discernment.
  7. Return to God.

Contemplative register · Symbol · Poetic theology · Metaphysical interpretation

Scalar Light

“Scalar” is held here as contemplative language—a poetic symbol for coherence, not a claim of established physical mechanism.

01 · A Gnosis of Coherence

There is a moment—quiet, unmistakable—when what has been divided within us begins to agree again.

The body softens. Attention gathers.

The will ceases fighting every current.

Revelation Yoga names this movement coherence: not perfection, not passivity, but right relationship.

02 · Experience within boundary

Listen for greater ease, not spectacle.

A practitioner may notice a quieter subjective sense of tension, steadier attention, or greater ease. Physiological effects belong in the Evidence or Care register when supported.

Within this contemplative register, healing names movement toward wholeness, reconciliation, and right relationship. It is not presented here as a clinical claim.

Doctrine · Christic interpretation

Christ is the theological center.

Within Revelation Yoga, coherence is interpreted Christically: truth without domination, authority without coercion, strength without cruelty, and freedom ordered by Love. Christ is not reduced to a metaphor for systems coherence.

Symbolic correspondence

Sevenfold contemplative anatomy.

The Crozier becomes available only after the person, practice, fruit, service, and return are understood.

The codex grows from a preserved source.

The received 2023 volume expands the original Revelation Yoga flyer without replacing it. The archive keeps the earlier thesis visible while distinguishing historical source statements from current practice and care guidance.

Source · Historical thesis

Three centers. Sevenfold distribution.

The flyer proposes that coordination of the 3rd Cervical, 9th Dorsal, and 4th Lumbar centers supports a spiritual distribution through seven centers of the body. This is preserved as source language, not presented as an established anatomical mechanism.

Source · Foundation record

Five movements in the source.

The sequence below interprets the five movements in the foundation flyer as archival material. Historical clinical methods are not current LUX recommendations.

01
Source · Historical method

Electrotherapy

The source describes two devices, each given in consultation: one intended to equalize circulation in the extremities in relation to nerve impulses, and another intended to support coordination through the system. This record is preserved as source history, not offered here as care guidance.

02
Source · Historical method

Manipulations

The source proposes structural correction and autonomic coordination, emphasizing conjunctions between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems. It describes osteopathic manual therapy paired with subtle electrotherapy and symbolic gold-and-silver attunement.

03
Source · Contemplative

Patience

The flyer describes patience as an active, positive awareness of self and the continuity of life. Persistence, consistency, hope, faith, and a constructive mental attitude form the center of this practice.

04
Source · Historical method

Suggestion

The source encourages constructive self-suggestion—informing the self that it is recovering and becoming healthier—and also refers to formal hypnosis. This is archival description rather than a current recommendation.

05
Source · Reflective practice

Activities

The flyer calls for a change of heart, mind, purpose, and intent, joined to a daily application of spiritual truth for the benefit of people in contact with the practitioner.

Canonical source archive

Formation → Capability → Right-Use

Formation governs capacity.

Enlightened Athletics carries attention, mobility, recovery, and inward orientation into disciplined high-performance formation. Capability enlarges responsibility; it does not measure spiritual worth.
