Cleanse the system with that regiment found in for Arthritis and renew the affected area with the following local therapy

Place over the affected area a cloth soaked in castor oil, a thin piece of plastic above it, and a hot pack for 30 mins - 1 hour on top. Afterward, cleanse the area with baking soda. Repeat daily.
