To overcome cataracts requires improved circulation and elimination, that the accumulations in the sensory system may be eliminated.

Less common causes are: spinal lesions, digestive disturbances, dietary insufficiency, mental attitude, mechanical injury, and constitutional condition.

Therapy should be approached on all levels - spiritual, mental, and physical. The body must be convinced within self, else little healing will be had with the physical applications.

Therapy:
